Stroller Strides is a fitness program that moms can do with their babies! This incredible one hour workout consists of power-walking/running, cardiovascular bursts, and body toning using exercise tubing and the environment. Kids come along for a stroller ride and are engaged by interactive activities such as songs and bubbles while mom gets her body back!
