North Alabama SAHD is intended to be a support group geared towards stay-at-home dads. There seems to be a great deal of support for stay-at-home moms, but very little support for stay at home dads. I have found that mom groups are generally not accepting of stay at home dads, making the isolation for dads staying at home with their children much more difficult.
