WHATS FOR MOTHERS DAY

WHATS EVEYONE GETTING THEIR MOM FOR MOTHERS DAY ???????? AND WHAT DO YOU WANT?????????

my mom is so hard she never wants anything so i just got her 2 shirts a pair of summer sandals and ashley just got her school picture so we bought a frame and put it in that also iam making her a basket with a bunch of scrath offs . for me i think i would just like to go for brunch and just relax maybe do some planting .

My moms birthday is on the 10th as well as mothers day on the 11th. So i took her shopping last week and she picked out some new shoes and a pocket book. For Mothers Day we are going out to eat at Little Sorrento and then coming back to our place for some birthday cake that i am going to make. Also for me i asked for a gift card to get a facial. I need one so bad.. Will be a nice day..

We are going to be on LI with my inlaws in the Am who are then going to Dh's cousins Apt with only my sister in law who is not married without kids we were invited but they have a really small Apt with an elevator without a ramp to get to and Zachary and Harrison are all over the place and I would be too worried if someone would step on them.. so we are not going .. we are going to my mom's instead...Why do people forget that its my mother's day also!!!!!

I told my husband that for mothers day I choose what I want to do ( be with my mom) and for fathers day it is his choice. He picks being with his dad. I think that is fair.

Jenn, I hear you about mothers day. I have been a mom for 4 years, and have not been recognized by anyone except my husband, but he only goes so far that it only last for the morning. The best is my mom told me she does not have to get me anything because I am not her mom!!, I guess it does not matter that I am the mother of her grandchildren!! Sorry for the venting!!
