OK Everyone, It is time to put together our heads and make a great month for our members. Please come Prepared with Ideas to share.
Things to think about:
FUNDRAISING!! I will be bringing along our Funding information, and we are seriously low on funds! We really need to get something going here. We have had many activities over the summer that required funding, + the play & learns, Craft box, Birthday party and Halloween party. Now we need to bring in some funds for our Fall- Winter Activities & our Holiday Parties.
ACTIVITIES!! We need some fresh Ideas here. Everyone please think of a couple activity ideas to share.
OUTREACH!! Are we decided on Adopting a Family?? Donations for the shelter?? Food Bank Replenishment (Non Perishable Food Drive) ?? We need to get this going!
PLAY SPACES, FIELD TRIP LIST!! Everyone please bring along at least 3 INDOOR playspace ideas, and 1 Field Trip Idea for the Fall- Winter. Please include the phone #, & Address for each space.
HOLIDAY PARTY!! Things to think about: Where?? When?? Gifts for the kids?? Who's Playing Santa?? (Are whe Having a Santa??) Are we charging members for this?? Food?? Activities??THINK BIG!! I want this event to be a REALLY FANTASTIC ONE!!!
PLAYGROUP INCENTIVE PROGRAM!! I was thinking about doing a monthly raffle for our members. It could be a fundraiser, and also an incentive program, like for every three events you attend, you earn a ticket for the raffle basket. Any thoughts on this???
NEW MEMBERS!! What should be our cap off number for membership?? 50? 60? Should we make a note that we our group will only be open to new members the 1st week of the month? Should we close our group to new members? Should we just allow an unlimited amount of members?? What are your thoughts on this??
