 , It is time to put together our heads and make a great month for our membe
 rs.  Please come Prepared with Ideas to share.  \n\nThings to think about:\
 n\nFUNDRAISING!!  I will be bringing along our Funding information\, and we
  are seriously low on funds!  We really need to get something going here.  
 We have had many activities over the summer that required funding\, + the p
 lay & learns\, Craft box\, Birthday party and Halloween party.  Now we need
  to bring in some funds for our Fall- Winter Activities & our Holiday Parti
 es.\n\nACTIVITIES!!  We need some fresh Ideas here.  Everyone please think 
 of a couple activity ideas to share.  \n\nOUTREACH!!  Are we decided on Ado
 pting a Family??   Donations for the shelter??  Food Bank Replenishment (No
 n Perishable Food Drive) ??  We need to get this going!\n\nPLAY SPACES\, FI
 ELD TRIP LIST!!  Everyone please bring along at least 3 INDOOR playspace id
 eas\, and 1 Field Trip Idea for the Fall- Winter.  Please include the phone
  #\, & Address for each space.\n\nHOLIDAY PARTY!!  Things to think about:  
 Where??  When??  Gifts for the kids?? Who's Playing Santa?? (Are whe Having
  a Santa??)  Are we charging members for this??  Food??  Activities??THINK 
 BIG!!  I want this event to be a REALLY FANTASTIC ONE!!!\n\nPLAYGROUP INCEN
 TIVE PROGRAM!!  I was thinking about doing a monthly raffle for our members
 . It could be a fundraiser\, and also an incentive program\, like for every
  three events you attend\, you earn a ticket for the raffle basket.  Any th
 oughts on this???\n\nNEW MEMBERS!!  What should be our cap off number for m
 embership?? 50? 60?  Should we make a note that we our group will only be o
 pen to new members the 1st week of the month?  Should we close our group to
  new members?   Should we just allow an unlimited amount of members??  What
  are your thoughts on this??\n\nAnything else you can think of!!\n\nI hope
