Stroller Strides classes are personal training in a group atmosphere. Moms of all ages bring their stroller-aged children for a workout that is fun for everyone! Each class is taught so that moms with no exercise experience can keep up with moms that are marathon runners! And every mommy will get a workout she can feel good about! Stroller Strides is also a great way for moms-to-be to stay in shape and get active!
