Moms for a Cause

I know you all have some time and talent that could be used for a good purpose. This groups focus will be volunteering, sponsoring, and getting involved in community non for profits and charities. A lot of you out there probably want to get involved in something with your community but really don't know where to start. As the organizer of this group and will bring current needs and issues of local non for profits to you. At the first meetup we will discuss what eachother's passions are and we would love to get involved with and to what extent. As a group of mothers we can put a lot of involvement into the families of Tulsa. Oklahoma was the highest state in the nation for death of a child under 5 caused by child abuse. Our foster care system is overwhelmed and case workers underpaid. Not to mention battered women and broken homes. I could go on and on. If you want to help improve or save the life of a child or fellow mom this is the meetup for you. If we all did our part this world (or at least Tulsa) would be a much better place.

Sorry I have to charge for this meetup. It costs me $45 every three months to have this meetup. For you it's only a one time fee.
