Introduction: We were is our local park today and met some fun moms and kids. I thought a group might be fun to join. I went home and looked for the closest group, this site came up first. Amazingly, they were the same faces from the park. :)
kids names and ages/birthday: Dean Nelson Hyde - March 13, 2007. He is one year old.
tell us a bit about yourself now and what you were like before the kids: I am a native Austinite for 32 years. I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and two dogs. I also love to camp, spend time with friends, see movies, go to conerts, festivals, and scrap book. Before - 80 hour teacher, river trips, and bars.
what are your favorite places for the kid/s??: We like to play outside and inside, dance, hear music, walk around, read books, and go to gym type places. We like to touch stuff.
why this paticular group?: When I first saw y'all the "mom talk" looked fun. I also want Dean to have consistant friends to play with each week.

Vaughn did see the fireworks and liked them! We put earplugs in his ears and he sat on my lap and watched the entire show! My hubby and I thought the noise would be to loud but I guess the ear plugs really helped! Hope to see you guys soon! ”
