THE GBB MOMMY OATH & CODE OF CONDUCT

I as a GBB Mommy Member herby promise to:

1. Participate in 3 Meet-ups per month. (Unless there is a reasonable explanation for my absence)

2. RSVP to events as a common courtesy to the organizers & other members. Especially when a GBB member is hosting the event. If I have RSVPed Yes, & can?t attend the event I will call the hostess ASAP to explain my absence.

3. Complete certain forms when requested in a timely manner.

4. Refrain from attending any play-dates if I feel where myself or my child could be contagious.( if I have any doubts I can always call my Dr. before attending the play-date)

5. Participate on GBB message board only as a way to encourage positive group discussion, advice, offer & receive support. I realize this is not a place for unnecessary gossip or other immature behavior.

6. Not be rude or disrespectful to any other GBB members or their families & I will also promise to treat everyone as I would like to be treated myself as a friend.

7. Be respectful & tolerant of everyone?s different parenting styles, feelings, homes, properties & children.

8. Understand that if I have concerned about anything GBB related I know I?m encouraged to contact either one of the organizers in my group to try to resolve my concern. But, if I have an issue with another member which is not GBB related then I realize the organizers of my group are not available to become the mediators in my unrelated GBB issue. I am also encouraged to confront the problem in a direct mature manner & I will try to resolve the issue to the best of my abilities outside of GBB.

9. Be aware that the organizers of GBB will not tolerate any abuse or inappropriate behavior on this site or at any of the events. This is a zero tolerance policy. Any member violating this will be banned from the group immediately and a warning
will be sent out to other organizers about this person?s conduct.

10. Have fun & make friends! I?m aware that this is a laidback and friendly group where we are all here to enjoy ourselves & develop mutual, respectful friendships with one another.
