Stroller Strides is proud to partner with LUNA in hosting the LUNA Moms Club. As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining our LUNA Moms Club, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of likeminded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.
Each month, our club hosts play dates, moms nights out and community activities. THERE IS NO COST to be part of our LUNA Moms Club. Playgroups typically meet in local parks after Stroller Strides classes.
* * While this Moms Club is free to join, in order to stay a member you must RSVP and participate in at least one activity a quarter. * *
What is Stroller Strides? Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies or toddlers. This hour long class includes power walking or jogging (you work at your own pace) and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller.
