Want to exercise with your baby? Come to a Stroller Strides class. We are partners with LUNA and offer weekly playgroups, monthly Mom's Night Outs and quarterly "Moms with a Mission". Meet nearby Moms who are also looking for social interaction, fun and exercise! While there is a cost for attending Stroller Strides, everyone (Stroller Strides member or not) is welcome to attend playgroups for friendship and reassurance, parenting and career advice, stories and fun. Check out www.strollerstrides. com for more info on package prices. There is a package for everyone.. can be as low as $2/class! With childhood obesity on the rise, it's great for the little ones to see fitness as part of the daily regimen. Also, exercise and social interaction has been proven to combat symptoms of Post partum depression. We'd love to have you for this fun alternative to the confines of 4 walls in the gym!
