The holidays are coming up and the average person packs in between 5-7 pounds. I wanted to help you out and help create a plan to make you feel good for the new year.
I have asked a cleansing coach to come out to Title 9 and answer some questions.

Lisa Vanderspek is a rep. from Isagenix. Its the cleanse I did a few months ago and I feel great. The results were amazing; more energy, less cravings, less anxiety and I lost a few pounds. AND I saved money on food...and lattes.

This is the 6th cycle of the class that takes women, who never run before to running their first 5k, and we are really excited about working with a great mom owned company, Title 9 Sports.

I had to push back the start date a week. Hope you can still make it.

Learn to Run with your jogging stroller in a class that is geared for new moms with babies or toddlers in tow. No running experience necessary for this class. You will have the opportunity to learn to run, use your jogger, and meet other fitness minded moms working out with their children.
Six week course will train you to do a 5K with your stroller. And class is always held near a swing set and coffee shop for post-workout socializing for even the youngest of participants.
All classes run 6 weeks. First class in series is free, if you want to continue: $85 includes schedules and race information for upcoming 5ks.
