Title 9 Sports is in collaboration with Running Evolution to do a Couch to 5k Running Class.
This is the 6th cycle of the class that takes women, who never run before to running their first 5k, and we are really excited about working with a great mom owned company, Title 9 Sports.

This is for women only! The first night is just informational for me to meet everyone, go over the program, answer questions and SHOP!!
The running sessions will be on Thursday nights at 6:30.

If you choose to join us, the cost is $85 for 6 weeks of instruction including 6 classes, weekly schedule, seminars, team shirts, and commorderie,
There is no cost for the first meeting. We will not be running the first night.
