Let's train to do a 5k with the strollers.
Its a 6 week Learn to Run Class with the strollers and other moms to chat with.
We start out walk running and then gradually get up to running.
Its lots of fun and supported for the littlest tike in mind.
Post coffee maybe in order!

We'll be training for a great race and cause. Northwest Hope and Healing Foundation Beach Run 5k

Cost is $85 for the entire 6 weeks and includes a schedule for homework.
We'll meet in front of the Statue of Liberty on Alki Beach.
