Dover Mommy and Me Walking group of Delaware

Our group is to help moms to maintain active lifestyles and be positive role models for their families and friends.This is a group for women who would like to exercise but also need to bring their children with them. So if you need some motivation to get back on track....you have found the group for you. This group will typically meet M-F. We will meet either at one of the parks if weather permits or at the Blue Hen Corporate Center when the weather is bad. Still not sure you want to get started feel free to contact me & I would be glad to answer any questions that you may have.

Come on out for some exercise so we can get the ball rolling. We will start getting the schedule together. If the weather is nice we will be at Brecknock and if it is not cooperating we will be at the Blue Hen Corporate Center. If the time doesnt work for you send me an email and let me know when does.
