Mercy Hospital has offered to host a special breakfast and nutrition speaker for us! Moms, kids and guests welcome, it will be held at the hospital. The speaker is the hospital dietitian and she would like to help us focus on healthy eating through the holiday season. This is perfect timing, as the Fitness takes no holiday promotion (mommymuscle's effort to help you make fitness a priority during the holidays) starts this month.
