StrollerFriends is the social side of mommymuscle fitness!

Moms Nights Out, Playdates and Family events are planned each month. Members of StrollerFriends include mommymuscle class participants, friends and moms wanting to learn more about mommymuscle programs. StrollerFriends social group membership is free and all are welcome.

mommymuscle is a specialized fitness program for moms.
Three class formats are offered to fit your needs and ever changing life.
Restore the Core, StrollerFit and mommymuscle Sculpt.

Want to get those wiggles out before naptime? Then come join us for a play date at the Pee Wee Open Gym at the Wackford Center!

This is open to parents and their children ages 6 and under. The cost is $3.00 per person. Toddlers under the age of 1 are free.
Food is not allowed on the gym floor, but there are tables and chairs just outside the gym. If'd you like bring a snack or your lunch! Read more
