Please RSVP for every event (even if it is a no.) Please feel free to leave a comment in the comments section (i.e. too early, too late, nap time…) as this helps us to plan events that can accommodate everyone.

Please update your RSVP as your plans change. If we think you are coming, we will wait for you so please be considerate and let us know.

If an event does not allow for a maybe RSVP please only check “yes” if you know you can attend otherwise this takes up a spot that others who can definitely make it to the event.

If you have RSVP’d “yes” to an event and do not attend five or more times without updating your RSVP you may be removed from the group. We understand that everyone’s lives are busy and something may come up at the last minute. Please email an organizer as soon as possible after the event to let them know why you didn’t attend. Removal will be determined on a case by case basis.
