We would like to have an active group and therefore ask that you attend at least 1 event every 3 months (Jan-Mar, April-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec). If circumstances prevent you from attending an event during a time period (i.e. new baby, surgery, sickness…) please let an organizer know. Failure to attend 1 event every three month period can result in removal from the group. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

We also ask that you log-on to the website at least once a month. It's not a requirement to post on the message board but it's a great way to get involved, keep the group active and get to know other members. Failure to log-on to the website can be grounds for removal and will be determined on a case by case basis so please let an organizer know if your situation will prevent you from accessing the website for any length of time (i.e. sickness, new baby, vacation…)
